We offer two types of support, ANNUAL COVER (essential for servers) - which is the most cost effective way of purchasing piece of mind and fast response. Cover can start from as little as 3 hours support per month. The other option is PAY AS YOU GO - no formal agreement, but a service aimed at occasional low IT support requirements.

Problem diagnosis and resolution
Why wait for an engineer to turn up if the problem can be resolved remotely. Our engineers are committed to resolving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, so if it can be fixed remotely then we will.
We can also monitor your mission critical equipment such as servers. Our specialised software constantly checks critical functions making us aware of any problems before they manifest themselves to users.
